Step-by-Step E-Shram Card Registration Process

You can complete the registration online using your mobile or computer:

Step 1: Visit Official Website

Go to the official portal: eshram.gov.in and click on “Register on e-Shram”.

Step 2: Self Registration

Enter your Aadhaar-linked mobile number and captcha, then click Send OTP.

Step 3: Aadhaar Verification

Enter your Aadhaar number and verify using OTP or biometric authentication.

Step 4: Fill Personal Details

Provide accurate details such as:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Religion
  • Blood group
  • Nominee details

Step 5: Occupation & Skill

Select your primary occupation (e.g., agriculture, construction, tailoring).

Step 6: Bank Details

Enter your bank account number and IFSC code carefully. All benefits will be credited here.

Step 7: Final Submission

Review all details and click Submit.
Your UAN (Universal Account Number) Card will be generated. Download and save it for future use.

Important Note (Must Read)

This scheme is only for unorganized workers.

You are NOT eligible if:

  • You pay Income Tax
  • You are already a member of EPFO
  • You are registered under ESIC
